– Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee based on the service booked. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment to someone else.
– Colour Patch Testing: For safety reasons, all new clients who have not previously had a hair colour service at our salon are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is essential to ensure there are no allergic reactions to the colour products we use.
